JAKARTA – PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Tbk (ZYRX), a PC and laptop manufacturer, has obtained a credit facility worth IDR 376.66 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).

Evan Jordan, Corporate Secretary of ZYRX, mentioned that the credit facility consists of working capital credit of IDR 243.66 billion and an additional IDR 130 billion. “It is for our working capital,” he added in the information disclosure quoted Friday (29/9).

Until the first half of 2023, this issuer recorded total equity of IDR 264.45 billion, nearly reaching total equity seen in December 2022 of IDR 268.28 billion.

Sales were recorded at IDR 154.27 billion, growing from IDR 107.92 billion in June 2022. However, its net profit plummeted to IDR 4.04 billion from IDR 8.11 billion due to increased financial expenses and taxes.

In 2022, it managed to distribute dividend of IDR 11.80 billion or IDR 8.85 per share from its total net profit of IDR 78.62 billion. Meanwhile, it still recorded unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 162.74 billion. (LK/ZH)
