JAKARTA - A company operating in the entertainment and film industry, PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM), welcomed foreign investor Resources Fortune Ltd. as a new investor on Friday, September 22. This investor purchased 479.20 million shares, giving them a 5.04% stake in the company. In addition, two individual investors were seen purchasing shares. Starting with Philmon Samuel Tanuri, who bought 34.70 million shares of the securities brokerage company PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), followed by Budijanto Tirtawisata, who bought 1.50 million shares of his own company, PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR), which operates in the tourism consulting field.

Sukarto Bujung, another individual investor, was observed selling 10 million shares of the information technology company, PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), and currently owns 6.84% of the company. Following that, PT Aserra Capital sold 6 million shares of mining services firm PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX), while PT Hoekel Bangun Abadi sold 5.59 million shares of children's toy firm PT Sunindo Adipersada Tbk (TOYS). In addition, the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal Affairs sold 2.15 million shares of PT Himalaya Energi Perkasa Tbk (HADE), an energy trading company.

Moreover, three foreign investors released their stakes too. First, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited sold 8 million shares of PT Central Proteina Perkasa Tbk (CPRO), an integrated shrimp cultivation company. Second, a total of 6 million shares of telecommunications infrastructure company PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) were also sold by Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore. Finally, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 1.75 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a digital enterprise. (KD)
