JAKARTA – Jucy Juliana now owns 12.81% of  PT Leyand International Tbk (LAPD) through a transaction held on August 1, 2023. Juliana’s involvement in LAPD is related to the shares acquisition of Keraton Investments Ltd.

Based on the data compiled today (3/10), Jucy Juliana acquired 508,260,213 shares for IDR 58.39 per share. In total, the value of transaction amounts to IDR 29.67 billion. Prior to this, Juliana has no portion in LAPD.

As of August 31, 2023, LAPD’s shares were recorded at 3.96 billion units. Its shareholder structure consists of Nany Indrawaty of 8.13%, Keraton Investment Ltd of 12.81%, Laymand Holdings Pte of 30.26%, PT Intiputera Bumitirta of 19.17%, Leo Andyanto of 5.73%, and the public of 23.9%.

Jucy Juliana is said to be a retail investor based in Central Jakarta. The number of shares acquired from Keraton Investments is based on statement of account of PT Brent Securities (bankrupt). Keraton is known to be located in British Virgin Islands. (LK/ZH)
