JAKARTA. PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) or Adira Finance has officially wrapped up the series A shares acquisition of PT Home Credit Indonesia (PT HCID) of 9.83% this week.

Andreas Kurniawan, Head of Corporate Secretary Regulatory of Adira Finance, said that this transaction acts as a follow up of another sale and purchase framework agreement dated November 24, 2022. “This transaction covers 9.83% of issued and paid-up capital of PT HCID,” he explained in the information disclosure today (3/10). The acquisition takes up EUR 23,163,839.08.

Kurniawan admitted that there are some changes in the structure and number of shares bought by Adira Finance in the transaction in order to accommodate the requirements of the agreement.

Kurniawan also said that with this transaction being completed, ADMF is now officially one of minority shareholder of PT HCID. “This event will not affect operational activities, legal aspect, financial condition, and business sustainability of the company,” he added.

On the other hand, PT HCID has also announced the latest addition to its shareholders following the completion of acquisition by a consortium, of which ADMF is a member. This consortium is led by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), supported with another consortium participant, Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (Krungsri), Thailand’s fifth biggest financial group.
