Jaya Swarasa Agung (TAYS) welcomes Mixio Holding as a new investor
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, September 26, PT Jaya Swarasa Agung Tbk (TAYS) acquired a new investment from foreign investor Mixio Holding Incorporated. Mixio Holding now owns 14.99% of this firm after purchasing 164.70 million shares. Another foreign investor, Resources Fortune Ltd., was also spotted adding to its share portfolio by purchasing 7.18 million shares of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM), which works in the entertainment and film industry.
Besides purchasing, foreign investors were also selling their share ownership. Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore sold 12.39 million shares of telecom infrastructure business PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL), followed by GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 35.28 million shares of digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Individual investors have also continued to list share sales, as Sugiman Halim sold 37.16 million shares of the mineral mining business PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), followed by Sukarto Bujung, who sold 9.66 million shares of the information technology company PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL).
PT Persada Inti Sejahtera continued the list of share sales, having sold 45.45 million shares of the information technology service provider firm, PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST), and now has a final ownership percentage of 48.13%. PT Monjess Investama also sold 30 million shares of PT Mitrakomunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT) in the telecoms business. PT Aladin Global Ventures was also seen selling 38 million shares of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk (BANK). Finally, the list was closed by PT Aserra Capital, which sold 6.24 million shares of PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX), which operates in the oil and gas and geothermal contracting sectors. (KD)
