Monjess Investama releases 150 million shares of Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara (MKNT)
JAKARTA - PT Monjess Investama released 150 million shares of telecommunications product distributor PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT) on Wednesday, September 27. With this share sale, this major investor now owns 41.35% of the company. Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore also sold 15.70 million shares in PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL), a telecommunications infrastructure company. Sukarto Bujung, an individual investor, also sold 10 million shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), a company in the information technology business.
Furthermore, the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal Affairs was witnessed releasing their share collection to two issuers at the same time.
