JAKARTA. PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk (SAPX), a shipping and warehousing company, will carry out additional capital by providing pre-emptive rights (PMHMETD) or rights issue.

The number of new shares to be issued by SAPX is 356.77 million shares, or the equivalent of 29.98% of the issued and fully paid capital. Each share has a nominal value of IDR 100.

Each owner of 320 shares of the company's old shares will receive 137 HMETD. Later, every 1 HMETD will give the holder the right to purchase 1 new share, according to the exercise price that will be announced.

The recording date for the rights issue carried out by SAPX is scheduled for November 7, 2023. The HMETD distribution will be carried out on November 8, 2023 and the listing of new shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on November 9, 2023.

In an information disclosure on the IDX today, SAPX Management said that all proceeds from the rights issue will be used for working capital. (KR/LM)
