JAKARTA. PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) is scheduling an interim dividend distribution of IDR 3.96 trillion or IDR 98 per share. The total dividend is equal to 22.71% of its net profit in H1 2023 of IDR 17.44 trillion.

Gita Tiffany Boer, Corporate Secretary of ASII, confirmed that the Board of Commissioners of ASII has approved the decision made by board of directors on September 29, 2023, to distribute and pay interim dividend of 2023 of IDR 3.96 trillion. “Interim dividend per share is set to IDR 98 per share,” Boer mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) yesterday (3/10).

Furthermore, Boer revealed that the cum of dividend interim of ASII in the regular and negotiation market has been set to October 11, 2023, followed by the ex date on October 12. Meanwhile, the cum and ex date of dividend interim in the cash market will fall on October 13 and 16, setting the recording date to October 12.

“The interim dividend payment is scheduled on October 31, 2023,” added Boer. (AM/ZH)
