JAKARTA - PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) will distribute interim dividends from the 2023 fiscal year amounting to IDR 192.78 billion. This plan was approved by AUTO's board of directors yesterday (2/10).

Wanny Wijaya, AUTO Corporate Secretary said that an interim dividend of IDR 40 per share will be paid on (24/10).

Cum and ex dividends on the regular market and negotiation market are scheduled for (12-13/10). Cum and ex dividends on the cash market on (16-17/10) and dividend payments refer to the list of shareholders (DPS) as of (16/10).

The distribution of interim dividends refers to Financial Data as of June 30 2023, where net profit attributable to the parent entity is IDR 801.55 billion, retained earnings balance IDR 8.50 trillion, and total equity IDR 13.43 trillion.

This issuer's revenue was recorded at IDR 9.38 trillion and gross profit IDR 1.48 trillion as of the first semester of 2023, higher than the same period last year,with IDR 8.58 trillion and IDR 1.12 trillion, respectively. (LK/LM)
