Victoria Care Indonesia setting up interim dividend of IDR 23.5 billion
JAKARTA. PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (VICI), a body care product manufacturer, will initiate an interim dividend distribution worth a total of IDR 23.5 billion or IDR 3.5 per share.
Tene Michael Alexander, Director of VICI, said that this cash dividend distribution plan is in line with the decision made by the board of directors of the company. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on October 2, 2023,” he mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be distributed to rightful investors of VICI, whose names have been listed by the recording date on October 16, 2023. The interim dividend payment will then be made on November 3, 2023.
According to IDNFinancials data, VICI recorded net profit of IDR 88.95 billion in the first half of 2023. The unrestricted retained earnings were recorded at IDR 436.15 billion, and total equity was IDR 953.06 billion.
For the record, VICI’s net profit in H1 2023 experienced a significant upturn of up to 224.98% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 27.4 billion seen in H1 2022. This profit surge is in line with revenue increase in H1 2023 to IDR 654.9 billion, shifting 46.7% yoy from IDR 446.3 billion in H1 2022. (KR/ZH)
