JAKARTA - The GOTO Peopleverse Fund once again sold a substantial number of shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), this time, up to 392.02 million shares, on Tuesday, October 3. This foreign investor currently has a 5.85% stake in the company. The share sale was also continued by PT Monjess Investama, which sold 50 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), a telecommunications product distribution company.

PT Indosterling Sarana Investa, the controlling shareholder, also released 45 million shares of PT Indosterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH) and now controls 39.30% of the technology company's shares. Individual investor and founder Harry Sanusi also released 2 million shares of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk (KINO), which engaged in the production and distribution of consumer goods.

Investors also witnessed the purchasing and selling of shares, which involved two companies: agricultural food producer PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk (DEWI) and ceramic producer PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA). Sujito Ngatiman sold 14.30 million DEWI shares, while Ferry Saputra purchased 14.30 million shares of this issuer, for a total ownership percentage of 7.87%. Finally, foreign investor BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds sold 3.18 million ARNA shares, while PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika purchased 470,000 ARNA shares.

Lastly, PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara purchased 3 million shares of electric vehicle battery manufacturer PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), followed by PT Itama Ranoraya Tbk (IRRA), which bought back 2.77 million of its shares.(KD)
