JAKARTA - PT Astra Graphia Tbk (ASGR) will distribute interim dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 17.53 billion on October 24. This plan was made by the board of directors, and had been granted approval by the Board of Commissioners of ASGR earlier this week (4/10).

Trivena Nalsalita, Corporate Secretary of ASGR, mentioned that the interim dividend is set to IDR 13 per share, distributed to shareholders listed on Official Register of Shareholders by October 18. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to October 16-17, while cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on October 18-19.

Until June 2021, ASGR booked revenue of IDR 1.31 trillion, net profit attributable to parent entity of IDR 66.92 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.50 trillion, and total equity of IDR 1.73 trillion. (LK/ZH)
