JAKARTA - Foreign investor GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 81.30 million shares in the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) on Wednesday, October 4, releasing more of its shareholding in the company. This sale was followed by two other foreign investors which also sold their shares in the range of 1 million shares: BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds, which sold shares of ceramic company PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), and KK Investment Holdings Pte Ltd, which sold shares of technology company PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk (VTNY).

Furthermore, PT Monjess Investama, the company's primary shareholder, also added to the list of share sales by selling 50 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nasional Tbk (MKNT), a company that distributes communications products. Some individual investors were also seen selling part of their stakes. Sendra Gunawan first sold 3 million shares of PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk (AHAP), a general insurance company. Second, Faadhil Irshad Nasution sold 74,800 shares of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT), a cosmetics company. Lastly, Sukarto Bujung released 9.74 million shares of the information technology company PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL) and now owns 6.36% of the company.

On the other hand, PT Sungai Budi made the highest purchase on the list, adding 4 million shares to the cooking oil production company PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), for a total ownership percentage of nearly 25%. PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara has also purchased 3 million shares of electric vehicle battery maker PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA). Finally, PT Itama Ranoraya Tbk (IRRA), a business that manufactures high-tech medical equipment, was spotted doing a buyback of 1.89 million shares to take ownership of 5.73% of its own company.
