JAKARTA. PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), an energy service company, recorded contract realisation of up to IDR 11.30 trillion until the end of August 2023.

The contract realisation reportedly grew 14% year-on-year (yoy), meaning that the company only scored contract realisation of IDR 9.91 trillion in the same period last year.

Jayanty Oktavia Maulina, Manager of Corporate Communications of ELSA, said that out of said amount of contract, there will be newer ones that will be carried out until 2024. Furthermore, there will also be several other carry-over contracts that just got realised from last year.

"Several major projects that contributed to contract obtainment include 59% from energy distribution and logistics services, 30% from oil and gas upstream services, and 11% from oil and gas supporting services, dominated by Pertamina Group of 74% and non Pertamina Group of 26%," Maulina mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today. 

Several contracts that made primary contributions in logistic distribution services is fuel oil transportation and depot management. Then, contracts that made oil and gas upstream services come from drilling fluid and workover in Mahakam Block, Kalimantan. In addition, the company is also working on 3D seismic survey service in Rokan Block and West Java. 

"Elnusa is also maintaining consistency in carrying out the company's strategy, as well as innovating for capability improvement in Energy Service," Maulina added. (KR/ZH)
