Astra Sedaya Finance eyes IDR 1 trillion via bonds’ issuance
JAKARTA. PT Astra Sedaya Finance Tbk (ASF), a member of financing business line of Astra Group, will issue Shelf-Registration Bonds VI of ASF Phase II Year 2023 with a total principal of IDR 1 trillion.
Said bonds are a part of a Public Offering of Shelf-Registration Bonds VI of ASF, which aims to collect fresh funds of up to IDR 12 trillion. Prior to this, ASF had issued the first phase of bonds with a total principal of IDR 2.5 trillion.
For this second phase, ASF will offer three series of bonds. Series A is offered with a principal of IDR 188.54 billion, while series B and series C are issued with a principal of IDR 750.62 billion and IDR 60.84 billion.
The coupon attached to series A is 6.05% per annum (p.a.) with 370-day tenor, while series B is equipped with a coupon of 6.40% p.a. and a tenor of 36 months, and series C has a coupon of 6.45% p.a. and 60-month tenor.
ASF has obtained an “AAA (idn)” from Fitch Ratings Indonesia regarding these upcoming bonds. The public offering will last from October 19 to 20, 2023, while the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will take place on October 26, 2023. (KR/ZH)
