Reksa Dana Sucorinvest has become a new investor in Gema Grahasarana (GEMA), now controlling 5.19% of the shares
JAKARTA - PT Gema Grahasarana Tbk (GEMA) welcomed Reksa Dana Sucorinvest Sharia Equity Fund as a new investor on Thursday, October 5. This investor bought 83.11 million shares and now controls 5.19% of the shares in this interior contractor company. Besides that, the integrated automotive firm PT Bintang Oto Global Tbk (BOGA) also welcomed a new investor, PT Suge Talesta Guna, which purchased 197.91 million shares and now has a 5.2% ownership stake in the company as a result of this transaction.
The share sale and purchase transaction also involved two companies, namely ceramic producer PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA) and PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (ARCI), which operates in the mineral mining industry. ARNA shares were purchased by PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika for 870,000 shares but were sold for around 902,600 shares at the same time by BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds. Apart from that, PT Rajawali Corpora bought 311.49 million ARCI shares, while UOB Kay Hian Private Limited released 310.79 million shares of this issuer.
Meanwhile, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund released another 26.75 million shares of the digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). PT Monjess Investama was also observed selling 75 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), a telecommunications product distribution firm, followed by PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia, which sold 75 million shares of radio broadcasting company PT Mahaka Radio Integra Tbk (MARI). Finally, Sukarto Bujung, an individual investor, sold 10 million shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), a company in the information technology business. (KD)
