Officially debuting, LOPI secures new contracts from SOEs
JAKARTA – PT Logisticsplus International Tbk (LOPI), a freight forwarding service company, officially debuts in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as the 73rd publicly listed issuer in 2023 as of today, October 11, 2023.
Listed under acceleration board, Wahyu Dwi Jatmiko, President Director of Logisticsplus International, wishes to inspire smaller scale businesses, as well as other logistics service providers, to go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
LOPI has issued 300 million shares of IDR 25 each, taken from its portfolio, which are equal to 27.27% of its issued and paid-up capital post-IPO. The company offers them for IDR 100 per share, bringing the total proceeds to IDR 30 billion.
"Through this IPO, we wish to gain more flexibility to expand our business, as well as generating significant growth for our investors," Dwi Jatmiko added during the Listing Ceremony of LOPI at Main Hall of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (11/10).
For the record, LOPI's first project as a freight forwarding service provider included shipping locomotives for PT Kereta API Indonesia (KAI). Now, it focuses on new contracts with state-owned enterprises, including Angkasa Pura and Kilang Pertamina Internasional. (ZH)
