JAKARTA - PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 198.45 billion from profits for the 2022 fiscal year.

Susanti Nilam, Corporate Secretary of PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT) conveyed the dividend distribution of IDR 63 per share to shareholders based on the Shareholders Register (DPS) recording date (19/10). "The dividend payment date is (24/10)," she said in an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (11/10).

Scheduled cum and ex dividends in the regular market and negotiated market on (17-18/10), cum and ex dividends in the cash market on (19-20/10)

The basis for distributing cash dividends refers to net profit as of 2022 of IDR 362.33 billion, retained earnings balance of IDR 395.09 billion, and total equity of IDR 1.01 trillion.

As of September 30. 2023, SMMT listed 3.15 billion shares with the ownership structure namely, PT Mutiara Timur 83.65% and the public (scrip) (0.12% and (scripless) 16.23%. (LK/LM)
