JAKARTA. PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (HOKI) has invested capital in PT Koki Sehat Sejahtera (KKS), a business entity operating in the food processing industry and large goods trade.

Victor R. Lanes, Corporate Secretary of HOKI, said that the capital was provided through one of the company's subsidiaries, namely PT Hoki Distribusi Niaga (HDN). The total investment disbursed was IDR 67 million for 13,400 KKS shares.

"With PT HDN's capital participation in PT KKS, 40% of PT KKS stake is owned by PT HDN," said Lanes, through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
