Paramitra Alfa Sekuritas becomes a new investor in Mitra Energi Persada (KOPI)
JAKARTA - PT Mitra Energi Persada Tbk (KOPI), an oil and gas trading company, got fresh funding from PT Paramitra Alfa Sekuritas on Monday, October 9. This investor acquired 43.87 million shares of the company, making it the owner of 6.29% stakes. In addition, a foreign investor, CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd., purchased 58.39 million shares of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP), which operates in the hotel and property sectors. In the hotel and hospitality sector, individual investor Eka Murniasih also purchased 959,300 shares of PT Idea Indonesia Akademi Tbk (IDEA).
Furthermore, PT Sungai Budi was observed adding 3.42 million shares of cooking oil producer PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) to its holdings, followed by PT Paraga Arta Mida, which also purchased 500,000 shares of real estate company PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE). PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika bought 296,900 shares of the ceramic manufacturing business PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA). At the same time, however, foreign investor BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds released 1 million ARNA shares instead.
Meanwhile, PT Monjess Investama released 30 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), which distributes telecommunication products and currently owns 35.94% of the company. GOTO Peopleverse Fund has also sold 29.58 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Finally, PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance issued approximately 12.65 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), a company engaged in investment and infrastructure development. (KD)
