BIMA scored 34.78% jump to top gainers
JAKARTA – The stock of PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk (BIMA) rose 34.78% during yesterday’s (12/10) session in the stock exchange. This surge replaced PT Lovina Beach Brewery Tbk (STRK) from the top gainers position, which it held for two consecutive days prior.
Based on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data quoted today (13/10), the stock was closed at its peak of IDR 124 per share, shifting IDR 32 from the previous closing price at IDR 92 per share. It was once being traded at its lowest of IDR 88 per share.
The volume of traded shares clocked up to 15.87 million, which were recorded within 2,745 transactions for IDR 1.82 billion. Despite the significant increase, foreign investors seem to not budge, as indicated by zero foreign buy and sell.
Then, PT Optima Prima Metal Sinergi Tbk (OPMS) soared 34.55% to the runner-up position of top gainers’ list. It was closed at IDR 74, shifting IDR 19 per share from IDR 55 per share seen the day before.
The number of traded shares was recorded reaching up to 123.55 million in 8,586 transactions worth IDR 8.63 billon. Contrasting to BIMA’s record, foreign investors flocked to OPMS’s stock, resulting in foreign sell and buy of 1.50 million and 1.52 million shares. (LK/ZH)
