Avia Avian to distribute IDR 681.49 billion in interim dividend
JAKARTA. PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA), a paint company with the flagship brand Avian, announced plans to distribute interim dividends of IDR 681.49 billion.
Kurnia Hadi Sinanto, Director of AVIA, said the plan was in accordance with the results of the board of directors' decision made several days. "It was approved by the board of commissioners on October 11 2023," said Sinanto, through an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) today.
Interim dividends will be given to AVIA shareholders, whose names were recorded at the recording date on October 25, 2023. Interim dividend payments are scheduled for October 31. Each holder of 1 share of the company's shares will receive an interim dividend of IDR 11.
According to idnfinancials.com data, AVIA recorded a net profit of IDR 807.6 billion as of June 30 2023. The company also has a retained earnings balance of IDR 1.06 trillion and total equity of IDR 9.83 trillion.
Currently 36.60% of AVIA's shares are controlled by PT Tancorp Surya Sentosa. Then PT Wahana Lancar Rejeki owns 32.49% of the shares, Archipelago Investment Private Limited 6.30%, public investors 18.95% and another small portion is owned by individual investors. (KR/LM)
