Archipelago Resorts withdraws 800 million shares of Bukit Uluwatu Villa (BUVA)
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, October 10, foreign investor Archipelago Resorts and Hotels Limited was seen reducing some of its stake in PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA). This investor sold 800 million shares of BUVA, a company that operates in the ecologically friendly hotel and resort industry, leaving a 5.46% ownership percentage. GOTO Peopleverse Fund, another foreign investor, also sold around 21.70 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).
Furthermore, PT Monjess Investama sold 85 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), a company that distributes telecommunications products, followed by individual investor Tumiyana, who sold 70 million shares of agricultural commodity company PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP). Aside from that, two investors were witnessed buying and selling shares in PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), a ceramic manufacturing company. BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds sold around 1.10 million ARNA shares, while PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika purchased 210,000 ARNA shares.
Moreover, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk was seen purchasing 20 million shares of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), a hospital management firm. PT Bogamulia Nagadi also purchased 614,200 shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC) in the pharmaceutical industry. PT Sungai Budi also purchased 4.80 million shares of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), giving it a 25.18% stake in this cooking oil producer. Finally, PT Paraga Arta Mida purchased 500,000 shares of the real estate company PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE). (KD)
