Credit Suisse AG Singapore became a new stakeholder in Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) after purchasing almost 200 million shares
JAKARTA - On Thursday, October 12, foreign investor Credit Suisse AG Singapore Trust A/C Clients became a new stakeholder in PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA). This investor purchased 184.62 million shares and now owns 5% of the transportation services company. Another Singaporean foreign investor, UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd, was also witnessed purchasing 2.40 million shares of PT Budi Starch & Sweetener Tbk (BUDI), a food product manufacturing company.
Moreover, PT Sungai Budi purchased 2.10 million shares of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), a cooking oil producer. Aside from that, PT Arthakencana Rayatama was seen purchasing 31.99 million shares of fuel oil distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), followed by retail company PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS), which was seen doing a buyback of approximately 1.25 million shares to reach 15.28% ownership of its own company.
Meanwhile, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund began the share sale by selling 51.62 million shares of the digital corporation PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance sold approximately 12.91 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) in the investment and infrastructure development industry. PT Aserra Capital also released 6 million shares of mining drilling services business PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX) with a residual share ownership percentage of 67.27%.
Furthermore, two individual investors also sold a portion of their stock ownership. Sukarto Bujung was observed selling 17 million shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), an information technology firm, and Haiyanto was seen selling roughly 2.21 million shares of PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk (RUIS), an oil and gas company.
