JAKARTA - On Monday, October 16, one of the shareholders of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), GOTO Peopleverse Fund, released another share of this digital corporation. Around 43.79 million GOTO shares were sold by the investor based in the British Virgin Islands. PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance was also seen selling 33.89 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), a company that engages in investment and infrastructure development.

Individual investors also contributed to share sales in three distinct companies. Sukarto Bujung sold around 8.90 million shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL) with a 5.9% ownership ratio. With shares sold under 400,000 shares, there were Siauw Yunus Subandi, who sold 372,400 shares of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport Tbk (LRNA) in the field of land transportation services, and Faadhil Irshad Nasution, who sold 264,000 shares of the herbal and traditional cosmetics company PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT).

Meanwhile, PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya increased its shareholdings by purchasing 12 million shares in the PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) hospital. PT Logisticsplus International Tbk (LOPI), a transportation management firm (freight forwarding), also got additional funds from the purchase of 9 million shares by PT Intisarana Teknindo Utama. Furthermore, Singapore-based Toleram Pte Ltd. purchased 3.44 million shares of digital bank PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR). PT Sungai Budi then purchased around 2.49 million shares of cooking oil manufacturer PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA). The list was then concluded by PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS), which conducted a buyback of 1.25 million shares to attain 15.32% share ownership. (KD)
