JAKARTA. PT MPX Logistics International Tbk (MPXL), a logistics and shipping company that was just recently listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), will initiate its interim dividend distribution of IDR 2 billion.

James S. Chandra, Director of MPXL, said that this plan aligns with the decision made by the board of directors. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on October 17, 2023,” he confirmed in the information disclosure.

The interim dividend will be channelled out to rightful investors, whose names have been officially registered by the recording date on October 31, 2023. The dividend payment is scheduled to take place on November 17, 2023. Each share will be entitled to a dividend of IDR 1.

According to IDNFinancials data, MPXL scored IDR 4.35 billion of net profit as of June 30, 2023. Unrestricted retained earnings were recorded at IDR 7.09 billion, while its equity clocked up to IDR 86.34 billion.

MPXL was recently listed on IDX after concluding its initial public offering (IPO) of 400 million shares. In said IPO, the company raised IDR 43 billion of fresh funds. (KR/ZH)
