JAKARTA – The performance of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), the managing company of Hermina Hospital, grew in the third quarter of 2023 compared to its record in the same period in 2022. The revenue and net profit of this company increased 16.11% and 40.12% year-on-year (yoy) after its decline from 2021 to 2022.

In the Financial Report of Q3 2023 quoted Thursday (19/10), HEAL’s revenue was recorded at IDR 4.22 trillion, increasing from IDR 3.64 trillion. Its gross profit also shifted positively from IDR 1.33 trillion to IDR 1.54 trillion, as did its operating profit from IDR 487.26 billion to IDR 639.34 billion, and current year’s net profit from IDR 315.07 billion to IDR 441.50 billion.

In the third quarter of 2023, inpatient services generated IDR 2.45 trillion to total revenue, followed by outpatient services of IDR 1.65 trillion and non-hospital services of IDR 113.43 billion.

In the same period in 2020, inpatient services brought in IDR 2.16 trillion of revenue, followed by outpatient services of IDR 1.39 trillion and non-hospital services of IDR 77.58 billion.

In the third quarter of 2020, HEAL’s revenue was IDR 2.88 trillion, and net profit reached IDR 261.65 billion. Both proliferated to IDR 4.62 trillion and IDR 773.14 billion in Q3 2021, before declining in Q3 2022 to IDR 3.59 trillion and IDR 245.52 billion. (LK/ZH)
