JAKARTA. PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS), a food and beverages company, is scheduling interim dividend payment worth IDR 12 billion or IDR 15 per share.

Dewi Irianty Wijaya, Director of Finance of KMDS, said that this plan had been in accordance with the decision made by the board of directors. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on October 16, 2023,” she mentioned in the official statement.

The interim dividend will be given to rightful investors of KMDS that have their names registered by the recording date on October 30, 2023. Then, the dividend payment is due on November 8, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, KMDS scored net profit of IDR 23.98 billion in June 2023. It also held onto retained earnings of IDR 64.65 billion, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 180.13 billion. (KR/ZH)
