JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte), a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), have signed an amendment of credit agreement with PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (BNII).

In the amendment, Protelindo and Iforte agreed upon extension of payment deadline until October 10, 2024.

The loan mentioned in the agreement was received by Protelindo and Iforte on October 11, 2022. The total commitment granted by BNII for those subsidiaries of TOWR was IDR 500 billion.

The facility is actually due for repayment on October 11, 2023. However, the amendment made by involved parties, including Protelindo, Iforte, and BNII, stated that the due date is pushed back to the next year.

“Protelindo and Iforte will be jointly responsible for the payment of all obligations, according to Maybank credit agreement,” Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, mentioned in the official release.

In prior agreement, the facility is given by BNII in order to meet general needs of Protelindo and Iforte. (KR/ZH)
