JAKARTA. PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO), a manufacturer of herbal medicine under the infamous brand of Sido Muncul, has announced its plan to distribute interim dividend of IDR 378 billion or IDR 12.6 per share.

Tiur Simamora, Corporate Secretary of SIDO, confirmed that said plan aligns with the decision made by the board of directors last week. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on October 18, 2023,” Simamora mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The interim dividend will be given to shareholders who have been officially listed by the recording date on November 2, 2023. Then, the payment is due for November 20, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, SIDO booked net profit of IDR 448.11 billion in the first half of 2023. Its retained earnings were IDR 1.11 trillion left, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 3.3 trillion. (KR/ZH)
