JAKARTA. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) has issued securities in the form of Negotiable Certificate of Deposit (NCD) Year 2023 Phase I with total principal of IDR 1.5 trillion.

NCD is issued in three series, consisting of series A with principal of IDR 500 billion, series B of IDR 70 billion, and series C of IDR 930 billion.

Discounts offered alongside NCD series A is 6.40% per annum (p.a.), while series B has 6.45% p.a., and series C 6.53% p.a. Meanwhile, the tenor offered for series A is 6 months, series B 9 months, and series C 12 months.

BBTN assigns three security companies as arrangers in this upcoming NCD issuance. Those three are PT BCA Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM).

According to IDNFinancials data, BBTN raised third-party funds of IDR 319.6 trillion throughout the first half of 2023. It grew 10.01% year-on-year (yoy) from the numbers in the same period last year, which amounted to IDR 290.53 trillion. (KR/ZH)
