JAKARTA - PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) will distribute the second interim dividend of IDR 493.42 billion or IDR 25 per share for the fiscal year 2023. The total of dividend as of now is IDR 1.48 trillion. 

Haryanto Adikoesomo, President Director of AKR Corporindo, confirmed the dividend of IDR 25 per share. "It goes in line with the decision made by the board of directors and approved by the board of commissioners, this second interim dividend for the fiscal year 2023," he said in an interview in Jakarta, today (25/10). 

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled on November 2-3, followed by the cash market on November 6-7. The dividend will then be paid on November 15, to the ones listed in the official register of shareholders as of November 6. 

The dividend distribution is made referring to to the retained earnings of IDR 8.81 trillion, current year's profit of IDR 1.71 trillion, and equity attributable to the parent company of IDR 10.69 trillion. 

Until the end of the third quarter of 2023, AKRA had distributed the first interim dividend of IDR 1.5 trillion for the fiscal year 2023. On August 2023, AKRA had distributed IDR 986.85 billion of interim dividend, equal to IDR 50 per share. (LK/ZH)
