JAKARTA - A foreign investor recently sold shares in PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR), a digital banking enterprise, on Tuesday, October 24. Investree Singapore Pte Ltd. sold 143 million AMAR shares, resulting in a 13.06% ownership percentage. BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds, another foreign investor, was also witnessed selling 884,000 shares of ceramic maker PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA). In addition, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold approximately 14 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO),

The sale was followed by PT Monjess Investama, which sold 9.38 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), which is engaged in the distribution of telecommunications products. Individual investor Edy Selamat also sold 4 million shares of PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk (DAFM), with a remaining share ownership ratio of 6.72%.

Meanwhile, president director Sabana Prawirawidjaja bought 201,400 shares of his dairy product company, PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trade Tbk (ULTJ), with a final ownership percentage of 49.56%. Medya Lengkey S., another individual investor, purchased 100,000 shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), a company in the information technology sector.

Then, PT Sungai Budi purchased another 5.02 million shares of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) to increase its stake in the cooking oil-producing business to 25.75%. PT Paraga Arta Mida also acquired around 2 million shares of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) in the real estate industry. Finally, PT Bogamulia Nagadi bought 1.83 million shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), a pharmaceutical trading company. (KD)
