CSRA inaugurated new palm oil refinery plant worth IDR 180 billion
JAKARTA. PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk (CSRA) has inaugurated its latest palm oil refinery plant (PKS 2) located in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra.
PKS 2 of CSRA has a processing capacity of 45 tons per hour. Investment put in by the company for this latest plant, along with office infrastructure and distribution, is IDR 180 billion.
Seman Sendjaja, Director of Finance and Strategic Development of CSRA, said that this palm oil refinery plant will be central in increasing operational activities and production of the company. “PKS 2 will reinforce our base in promoting business growth in the long term. We will continue to focus in maximising productivity and cost efficiency to ensure business sustainability,” he explained.
In addition, Sendjaja mentioned that PKS 2 will drive and accelerate business growth according to the company’s strategic plan. It definitely aligns with the criteria of business growth that is in line with Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO). (KR/ZH)
