JAKARTA. PT Sigma Energy Compressindo Tbk (SICO), an oil and gas, as well as coal mining company, announces its plan to distribute interim dividend of IDR 1.28 billion.

Nurjamil, Corporate Secretary of SICO, said that this plan goes in accordance with the result of the meeting of the boards of directors and commissioners held on October 27, 2023. In said meeting, the amount of interim dividend was agreed at IDR 2 per share.

“It will be disbursed on November 21, 2023,” Nurjamil mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to IDNFinancials data, the issued and paid-up capital of SICO is made up of 910,034,647 shares. Approximately 63.29% of shares belong to PT Sigma Energy Utama, while another 30.36% goes to public investors. Lastly, Patricia Gitta Chandra has another 6.35%.

As of September 30, 2023, SICO booked net profit of IDR 8.26 billion. Therefore, the amount of interim dividend to be distributed by the company is equal to 15.5% of its net profit obtained through January-September 2023. (KR/ZH)
