JAKARTA. PT Indo Kordsa Tbk (BRAM), a tyre manufacturer owned by Kordsa Global from Turkey, announces interim dividend distribution of IDR 90.01 billion or IDR 200 per share.

Reyvia Fitri, Corporate Secretary of BRAM, mentioned that said plan is in line with the decision made by the board of directors. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on October 26, 2023,” she said in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Interim dividend will be disbursed to BRAM’s shareholders, whose names have been listed by the recording date on November 9, 2023. Then, the dividend payment itself is due on November 23, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, BRAM scored net profit of IDR 145.26 billion as of September 30, 2023. The company also booked retained earnings of IDR 1.08 trillion and total equity of IDR 3.51 trillion.

Currently, 61.59% of BRAM’s shares are under the control of Kordsa Teknik Tekstil AS. Endang Lestari Pujiastuti owns another 16.57%, followed by PT Risjadson Suryatama of 5.61%, and public investors of 1.09%. The remaining portion is shared amongst retail investors and institutions, with portions less than 5% each. (KR/ZH)
