JAKARTA - PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) aims to collect IDR 420 billion, offering 600 million shares of IDR 50 each. This upcoming rights issue will be held from December 28, 2023, until January 4, 2024.

In prospectus quoted on Wednesday (1/11), 50% of the proceeds of corporate action will be used to expand the market and e-distribution channels, leaving another 30% to bank loan payment and 20% to the company’s working capital.

As of now, PANR’s authorised capital in IDR 150 billion, the issued and paid-up capital is worth IDR 60 billion. Shareholders consist of PT Panorama Tirta Anugerah (PTA) of 44.25%, Satrijanto Tirtawisata of 7.81%, Ramajanto Tirtawisata of 6.04%, Budijanto Tirtawisata of 6.08%, Dharmayanto Tirtawisata of 4.99%, Hellen of 0.00%, and the public of 30.82%. Stock in portfolio is now worth IDR 90 billion. (LK/ZH)
