JAKARTA. PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER), a coal mining company, announces stock dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2022.

Welly Thomas, President Director of SGER, said that this plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 31, 2023. In this meeting, shareholders agreed upon stock dividend distribution with total value of IDR 590.5 billion.

The market value used as the base of dividend capitalisation worth IDR 2,300 per share. With this price, the amount of stock dividend distribution is 264.44 million shares.

“The ratio of stock dividend is 16:1,” Thomas mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Stock dividend disbursed to SGER’s shareholders whose names have been registered officially by the recording date on November 10, 2023. Meanwhile, the stock dividend distribution is set to December 1, 2023. (KR/ZH)
