JAKARTA. PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC), a distributor of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, has obtained a tenor extension of credit facility worth IDR 300 billion.

Ahmad bin Abu Bakar, President Director of SDPC, said that this credit facility is given by PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA). “The tenor of said facility is 12 months,” he added in the official release.

On the same occasion, Ahmad said that this credit facility will be used to support SDPC’s business activities.

According to IDNFinancials data, SDPC had previously secured a loan facility from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) on August 28, 2023. The credit facility given by BBCA was IDR 225 billion, equipped with one-year tenor.

In the official disclosure, Ahmad confirmed that the credit facility from BBCA will also be used to support SDPC’s business activities. (KR/ZH)
