Dua Putra Bersinergi reduces ownership of Isra Presisi Indonesia (ISAP), leaving 57% stakes
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, October 31, PT Dua Putra Bersinergi withdrew some of its shares from PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk (ISAP), an industrial and machine equipment company. The investor sold 77.45 million shares of ISAP, leaving them with a 57.15% stake. Furthermore, PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance sold 11.50 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), which operates in the investment and infrastructure development sectors, followed by PT Davest Investama Mandiri, which sold 9.95 million shares of PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk (HDIT), which operates in the financial technology and electronic equipment distribution sectors.
Sukarto Bujung, an individual investor, was also seen selling 26 million shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), an information technology company. BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds also sold 1.86 million shares of ceramic maker PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), while GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 16.06 million shares of digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).
Meanwhile, another foreign investor, Paradiso Resources Ltd., purchased 18 million shares in PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a palm oil company. PT Purinusa Ekapersada then bought 68 million shares of the paper supply business PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP) to gain 14.49% ownership. Aside from that, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk acquired 10 million shares of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), a metal and mineral mining company. The share purchase list was then completed, with PT Sungai Budi purchasing 3.40 million shares of cooking oil manufacturer PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA). (KD)
