Prima Andalan Mandiri will distribute interim dividend of IDR 888.89 billion
JAKARTA. PT Prima Andalan Mandiri Tbk (MCOL), a coal mining company operating in North Kalimantan, will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 888.89 billion or IDR 250 per share.
Jeanny Pratiwi, Head of Corsec MCOL, said the plan was in accordance with the decision of the company's board of directors. "It was approved by the board of commissioners on November 9 2023," said Pratiwi, in an official statement.
"Interim dividends will be given to shareholders whose names are registered in the shareholder register on November 9 2023," said Pratiwi through an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
According to idnfinancials.com data, MCOL recorded a net profit of US$177.58 million as of September 30 2023. In addition, the company also has unrestricted retained earnings of US$428.76 million and total equity of US$591.38 million. (KR/LM)
