JAKARTA – After skipping a year, PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk (TGKA) will distribute interim dividend of IDR 27.55 billion for the fiscal year 2023. In 2021, the issuer distributed interim dividend of IDR 32.14 billion.

Syahrizal Sabir, Corporate Secretary of TGKA, said that interim dividend of IDR 30 per share will be paid on November 30, 2023. The allocation of interim dividend is made referring to its net profit of Q3 2023 of IDR 340.10 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.96 trillion, and total equity of IDR 2.13 trillion.

Cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set on November 20-21, 2023, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on November 22-23. The shareholders entitled for this interim dividend is those recorded by November 11.

The interim dividend this year is lower than interim dividend in 2021 of IDR 35 per share. The net profit as of September 2021 was recorded at IDR 250.52 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.49 trillion, and total equity of IDR 1.55 trillion. (LK/ZH)
