JAKARTA - PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), the manufacturer of "Tiga Roda" brand cement, welcomed German investor Heidelberg Materials AG as a new stakeholder on Tuesday, November 7, through a purchase of 1.87 billion shares. With this purchase, Heidelberg Materials gains 51% ownership of the company. Another international investor, DB Singapore, SEC CLT A/C for NTAsian Discovery Master Fund, also bought up 3.43 million shares of the leasing company PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN).

Then, PT Sigmantara Alfindo purchased 340 million shares of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), a minimarket retailer. PT Caraka Reksa Optima also bought approximately 31.70 million shares in PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), a construction and mining firm. Furthermore, PT Mega Asta Raya expanded its stake in PT Batulicin Nusantara Maritim Tbk (BESS), a sea and river transportation company, by 22.85 million shares.

Meanwhile, PT Harita Jayaraya sold 1.66 billion shares of PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA), a mineral mining firm, followed by the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 131.87 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a digital corporation. PT Monjess Investama then released 30 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), leaving it with a 25.57% stake in the telecom product distributor company. PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance additionally sold 1.80 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), an infrastructure investment and development business. Finally, Tolaram Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based foreign investor, sold 14.37 million shares of digital bank PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR). (KD)
