JAKARTA - On Wednesday, November 8, four individual investors added a total of 197.77 million shares of the snack food firm PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) to their stock portfolios at the same time. Commissioner Pangayoman Adi Soenjoto made the greatest acquisition, purchasing 54.01 million shares for a final ownership percentage of 7.29%. Kusumo Dewiningrum Sunjoto and Rahajoe Dewiningroem Soenjoto, two controlling investors and beneficial owners, also bought GOOD shares in the range of 50 million shares. Sudhamek Agoeng Waspodo S., the principal commissioner and founder of GOOD, added 38.23 million shares to his portfolio.

PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya, on the other hand, was spotted selling 368.97 million GOOD shares instead, leaving a shareholding of roughly 18.54%. The GOTO Peopleverse Fund then continued the share sale, releasing 20.06 million shares of the digital corporation PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).

Several foreign investors also obtained shares in different firms, beginning with Top Global Limited, which purchased 143.20 million shares of real estate company PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (SMDM) to acquire 91.99% share ownership. Singaporean investor DB Spore SES CLT A/C NTAsian Discovery Master Fund also bought 8 million PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) shares. Blooming Years Pte Ltd. then purchased 4 million shares in PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY), a baby clothes retail company. PT Esa Gemilang then closed the list through the purchase of 37 million shares of PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk (TGUK), a food and beverage company. (KD)
