JAKARTA. A subsidiary of PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) has signed a bilateral loan agreement with OCBC NISP and DBS.

Joni Tjeng, Corporate Secretary of TAPG, said that the bilateral loan facilities from OCBC NISP amounted to IDR 731 billion and from DBS IDR 589 billion. So the total loan facilities obtained by the company's subsidiaries amounted to IDR 1.32 trillion.

Tjeng emphasized that the bilateral loan facility signed on Monday (13/11) had no material impact.

At the same time, TAPG has also made accelerated repayment of loan facilities obtained by its subsidiaries. This credit facility was obtained from 4 banks, but the nominal amount repaid was not explained.

According to idnfinancials.com data, TAPG had cash and cash equivalents of IDR 782.18 billion as of September 30 2023. The company's total assets were recorded at IDR 13.56 trillion and its total equity was IDR 10.8 trillion. (KR/LM)
