JAKARTA - Sabana Prawiradjaja, president and director of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ), handed over 1.6 billion shares of ULTJ to PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia on Thursday, November 9. Maybank Sekuritas became a new stakeholder in ULTJ as a result of this deal, having a 15.39% stake.

Furthermore, PT Caraka Reksa Optima purchased approximately 19.20 million shares of the construction and mining business PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO). PT Damai Investama also bought 14.50 million shares of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) in the commercial vehicle rental sector, followed by PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, which purchased 1.79 million shares of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME). Blooming Years Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based foreign investor, then added 2.12 million shares of PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY) to its share portfolio.

Meanwhile, Tumiyana, an individual investor, sold 375 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), a consumer products and agricultural commodities company. Then, PT Monjess Investama sold 30 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), a telecommunications goods distributor. With almost 10 million shares sold, GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 9.09 million shares of digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), and PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala sold 8.70 million shares of financial services provider company PT Sinar Mas Multiartha (SMMA). (KD)
