JAKARTA - PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) to distribute an interim dividend of IDR 523.41 billion for the 2023 fiscal year. This plan received the green light from BREN's board of commissioners yesterday (10/11).

In an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (14/11), Merly, BREN's Corporate Secretary, stated that the dividend amount was IDR 3.91 per share. The reference for providing interim dividends refers to Net Profit as of September 2023 of US$ 84.47 million, retained earnings balance of US$ 491.83 million, and total equity of US$ 460.28 million.

Cum and ex dividends on the regular market and negotiated market are scheduled for (22-23/11), cum and ex dividends on the cash market on (24-27/11), and dividend payments on (8/12) is referring to the Shareholders Register (DPS) as of (24/11).

This issuer made its capital market debut on October 9, 2023. In the span of a month, this issuer's market capitalization almost quadrupled to IDR 588.65 trillion as of November 8, 2023 from IDR 104.35 trillion. (LK/LM)
