JAKARTA. PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC), a manufacturer and distributor of building materials and plastic goods, has distributed a capital of AU$5 million or around IDR 50 billion to one of its subsidiaries in Australia.

Lenggana Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of IMPC, said that the capital injection was given to Impackone Pty Ltd. According to idnfinancials.com data, Impackone Pty Ltd has been running a plastic manufacturing business since 2020 and has total assets of IDR 178.42 billion as of June 30, 2023.

"It is hoped that the additional capital will strengthen the capital structure of the company's subsidiaries," said Linggawati, in an official statement.

As of June 30 2023, IMPC's total assets were recorded at IDR 3.39 trillion with cash and cash equivalents of IDR 232.63 billion. Meanwhile, the company's total equity was recorded at IDR 2.27 trillion. (KR/LM)
