JAKARTA - PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk (BMAS) added 4.17 billion BMAS shares to the stock market through rights issues on Friday, November 10. Kasikorn Vision Financial Company Pte Ltd, a Thai foreign investor, purchased 6.23 billion shares of BMAS and now owns 77.29% of the bank. Meanwhile, another significant BMAS investor, PT Alim Investindo, was not purchasing shares, so its ownership percentage dropped from 29.17% to 16.27% after adjusting for total outstanding shares.

Blooming Years Pte Ltd added to the list of share purchases by purchasing 17.86 million shares in PT. Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY), a baby clothes retail company. PT Caraka Reksa Optima was also detected acquiring 19.17 million shares of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) in the construction and mining sectors. Sujaka Lays, who purchased 20 million shares of the coal mining company PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL), and Pinky NK, who purchased 5.10 million shares of PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS), which engaged in offshore shipping services, completed the share purchase.

Meanwhile, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 69.47 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while Prinsep Management Limited sold 9.43 million shares of palm oil producer PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA). Shares of two media businesses were also sold, with PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR) selling 44.86 million shares of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) and PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk selling 7.17 million shares of BMTR.
