JAKARTA. PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk (TOTO), a sanitary product and device manufacturer, announces its interim dividend distribution of IDR 92.88 billion or IDR 9 per share.

Ng Agus Setiawan, Corporate Secretary of TOTO, said that this plan follows the decision made by the board of directors. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 13, 2023,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The interim dividend will be given to shareholders of TOTO, whose names have been registered under the official list by November 24, 2023. The dividend payment is due December 14, 2023.

It is worth mentioning that the allocation of interim dividend of TOTO is based on the record of net profit as of September 30, 2023, of IDR 183.42 billion. In addition, the company also held onto retained earnings of IDR 2.11 trillion and total equity of IDR 2.38 trillion.

As of now, 37.90% of TOTO’s shares is under the control of Toto Limited, Japan. Then, another 29.51% of shares are owned by PT Multifortuna Asindo, while PT Suryaparamita Abadi has another 25.05%, and the remaining 7.54% belongs to public investors. (KR/ZH)
